Our quotation includes the vehicle price and customs declaration fees. The vehicle price includes inspection and preparation. Optional equipment, additional installations and all other services or charges are quoted separately. A manufacturer China list price is not our export quotation.

Agree the route, transport responsibilities, insurance scope and documents for the chosen transaction. Confirm their availability before relying on a particular export or registration route.
Warehouse collection is available and no storage fee is charged. Confirm collection and handover details; any other transport, documents or after-delivery support scope must be agreed separately.
The manufacturer, exporter, local repairer and any third-party provider have different roles. This website does not grant manufacturer warranty or promise local service coverage.
Confirm the original market and exact version. Charging, app access, languages, OTA and assistance features may depend on hardware, accounts and region. A guide or reference photograph is not confirmation of overseas availability.
Tell us what support you need. Establish feasibility, provider, costs and exclusions for parts sourcing or diagnostic coordination in the proposal. Local repair capability and manufacturer warranty eligibility require separate verification.
Ask for the contact and reporting process for specification differences, transport damage, missing documents or other concerns. Applicable handling, responsibility and any cancellation or refund terms must be agreed for the transaction; no universal policy is implied here.
Individuals can purchase one vehicle. Tell us the destination and preferred model/version. Some models cannot be sold in certain regions; confirm availability with Sales Manager L before proceeding.
Dealers and importers can also purchase one vehicle. Share the model/version, quantity and destination. Sales restrictions vary by model and region; confirm the proposed vehicle with Sales Manager L.
